Sydney has gone from crawling to pulling herself up to a stand in ONE week! Yep, that's right! This morning we were watching Sydney playing on the floor and all of a sudden she just pulled herself up to a stand using a box of diapers!! It was like she had done it a hundred times over - she did it so quickly and was so sturdy! It was so awesome to witness!
Today, we took Sydney to Desert Ridge Marketplace and let her play in the splash park. She LOVED it!! Greg held her legs in the water and she slapped them together at mock speed. Several of the parents observed this and got a good laugh. Daddy got wet while Mommy watched with tears rolling down her eyes as she laughed with the rest of the parents. She then got real brave and with a cheek to cheek smile on her face, she stood up and clapped her hands in the water. Very fun for all of us!! Moments like these are what Greg and I wished for before we were able to become pregnant and have Sydney! Today was a good day!
